California voters have approved legislation that requires manufacturers to notify customers of “potential” health hazards from specific chemicals, even those used in the production of sub-component parts manufactured by third parties. The statute defines these hazards as those that cause cancer or reproductive harm.

 

Proposition 65 applies to any company doing business in California. Air Science has agreed to place labels on our products to comply with the precepts of Proposition 65.
