The Air Science Laminar Flow Hood series includes horizontal laminar flow cabinets and vertical laminar flow cabinets, which provide an aseptic, sterile, and particulate-free environment. Our high-efficiency laminar flow workstations are designed to protect equipment and other contents of the work zone from particulates for applications sensitive to such contamination.
Laminar flow hoods are ideally suited for use with non-hazardous contaminants and when flexible access to the equipment in the work zone is desired. At the heart of our laminar flow bench product line is the Air Science Multiplex™ ULPA Filtration Technology that creates a clean work environment over a wide range of applications.

Our laminar flow cabinets are typically provided with all required filters pre-installed.
High-quality replacement HEPA and ULPA filters as well as other consumables can be purchased online from www.filtco.com.
No. Laminar Flow Workstations are designed to circulate clean, filtered air across the work surface to protect delicate processes from airborne contaminants. The filtered air exits from the front of the work surface toward the user. Both vertical (downflow) and horizontal (across flow) versions provide the same level of protection using HEPA filters at the top or rear of the cabinet. Cabinet selection depends on the size of the work surface and the vertical space desired.
Horizontal laminar flow hoods provide air streams that travel in the same direction (horizontally) and at the same speed with little to no turbulence. The
