In order to obtain ISO 9001 certification, the company completed an extensive audit process examining the quality management within the organization as it pertained to processes, performance enhancements, documentation and training of staff. Audits were also performed on the company’s environmental management system in terms of performance, life cycle analysis and organizational communication to obtain the ISO 14001 certification. Audit findings were compared against worldwide best practices to ensure adherence to the utmost in corporate responsibility.
