(Fort Myers, FL, September 30, 2011) Air Science, LLC has announced the opening of its new headquarters in Fort Myers, FL.
The new 45,000 square-feet complex adjacent to the company’s original location includes the company’s global corporate headquarters, as well as a state-of-the-art manufacturing and assembly area. The larger facility consolidates sales administration, research, engineering, testing, production, technical service and logistics under one roof.
According to Air Science CEO Paul Chambre, the investment in the new facility reinforces the company’s commitment to global markets in laboratory and life sciences, forensics and evidence collection, and industrial facilities.
Chambre says, “In all of our key markets worldwide, we’re seeing increased demand for energy-efficiency in applications where air quality cannot be compromised. Our product line, which is based around a unique carbon filtration, air moving and control technology, is ideal for applications throughout government, industry, law enforcement, education and research. Our new facility now gives us much needed space and additional resources for research and development, production, quality control and training.”
Air Science is a manufacturer of carbon filtered ductless fume hoods, controlled airflow enclosures, filtered cabinets and related products using the company’s unique EFT Enhanced Filtration Technology, a universal filtration system developed by Air Science for use among a wide range of core chemical families.
Air Science products are sold direct to end-use customers worldwide from the Ft. Myers, FL technical sales center.
