These hoods provide operator safety from both powders and chemical vapors. These units operate at low noise levels and because they recirculate, they do not exhaust expensive conditioned and/or heated air into the atmosphere. The Portable Workstation has been specifically designed to provide a small bench mounted unit with unrestricted access for those operations that are difficult to perform in a conventional Control Panel fume hood. Its compact size makes it ideal for in-field use.
